ABOUT PAMELA
Pamela Kay Macdonald is a wife, mother of two, public speaker, and aerialist based in Los Angeles, California. She consistently trains in multiple disciplines within the aerial world of circus arts, including aerial hammock, tissu/silks, hoop, and flying trapeze.

She is available for aerial performance (solo and duo), as well as special aerial performance/speaking engagements where she uniquely combines aerial dance routines along with motivational speaking. Her goal is to uplift and encourage audiences to pursue their talents and to realize their potential to use those talents & strengths to strengthen others.

Pamela is also known as “The Mormon Aerialist” and is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loves sharing her aerial work and faith-filled presentations with youth and women through LDS firesides, events, and conferences in California and throughout the country.

Her passion for working with women and children is a motivating force in her life and all her work - including her aerial performances. Her hope is to introduce many to the beauty of circus/aerial arts and leave motivating messages through dance and word.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Behind her cirque work, Pamela is a certified personal trainer for women through the American Council on Exercise and a registered nurse with a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing. She worked for years in Labor and Delivery at UCLA-Santa Monica Medical Center until she entered the crazy and rewarding adventures of stay-at-home motherhood.

In 2014, she and her husband co-founded Project Lead Kindly, a non-profit organization that assisted women and children in need. Through this organization, Pamela spoke through various workshops, presentations, and events, motivating, uplifting, and serving women and youth throughout southern California. After discovering the aerial arts, she knew she had found one of the biggest missing pieces in her life's puzzle and it quickly became her biggest passion. She knew that through this amazing art form, she wanted to use it as a unique way to continue helping others.

Pamela believes in developing talents & sharing them for good, finding your true potential, happiness in service, forever families, and being grateful for the opportunity of picking up and trying again, no matter how many times one may fall.
